For the avoidance of doubt, communications to end-users may be provided via e-mail, push-notifications or SMS and such communications may include following information: auction updates, namely, status of the bids (acceptance or rejection of the bids by Auction Organizer, outbid), notification on status of the auctions (opening, stage amendment, closing), notification on the last chance to participate in an auction, status of debt portfolio submission (acceptance, rejection, moderation, amendment), status of the Participant (acceptance, rejection, moderation), new message on the Platform, status of the User (acceptance, rejection, moderation, password request), access to files granted, commercial offer uploaded by the Winner, etc. Such communications shall be considered as transactional.
We will not disclose any of the information you provide to us, including any of the Personal Information, except in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Our third-party service providers may receive, or be given access to your information, including Usage Data, in connection with their work with us or on our behalf.
